You know what happens every spring.  Late April or early May comes around and you start to feel the pressure of summer.  Are those cut offs going to fit like they did last year?  Oh god, next month is your best friends annual pool party bash and you have to wear a bikini in-front of 50 people!  So what do you do?  You cleanse, diet, hot yoga and work your butt off for a fantastic ‘summer ready’ you!  You are feeling great and flaunting your hard work for weeks.  But… what happens to your new found physic during these hot summer nights?
